    It is quite normal to “Top Up” an appliance once, as sometimes they leave the factory a little low.
    If said engineer has to call back again for same reason, I would be thinking a small leak either on external pipework (easily fixed) or failing that internal pipework (not accessible ie in the insulation, making the appliance un repairable)

    It seems that Stoves have no duty of care to the public, this taken from a post earlier tonight in the public forum
