Went to a Rossieres range (dual fuel) for ISDAL. Customer was irate saying engineer( I assume hoover) came a week a go looked at range said oh its gas cant touch that mpt corgi and cant get it out anyway !!

The drain channel in freezer will be blocked with ice and possibly the whole evaporator system. I would certainly get an engineer out as there could be many reasons why this has happened.
Try repair@ for your nearest engineer.

Siemens tends to be little more pricey for some reason and yet innards are practically the same and Bosch and Neff.

That fault will be blockage of ribbed hose from pressure chamber or/and chamber itself is a possibility.
Rinse your plates before you load dishwasher.Greg
