Hi Guys

Advised the a******e who telephoned me yesterday not to ring my office anymore and to put what he had to say in writing, which he very kindly did.
Received a letter today entitled ‘Court Action Warning’.
Blah, Blah, Blah, ………failure to pay could result in legal action in County court, a visit from a bailiff to my HOME …….Blah, Blah. I have 5 days to pay in full.

I have rang them disputing the amount owed and have asked for a breakdown of parts purchased, prices, dates ordered, order reference numbers and dates and proof of delivery.

The reply was, ‘sorry we do not have this information’.

I have now made an appointment with my solicitor and we keep you updated. I’d rather pay him the £2800 than this lot.

hi guys

I have ordered and bought the part!
I have used my time and my diesel to go and fit it but noone is paying me for this.
does this mean the part still legally belongs to me and as I haven’t received any payment for it at all am I able to go and get it back off the machine???
