Re: Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer broken down – help!
Hi all, some questions on these beasties, (S25) I take it that the fridge is cooled via cold air from the freezer via the top vent which I assume is motorised (can any one tell me how to test this item) the freezer is working fine but the fridge is warm at the top but the lower draw is freezing with ice around the little adjustable vent.
I have defrosted the lower main vent and cooling matrix in the freezer, but it did not make any difference.
I had a front bord fault (flashing) which was solved by changing C3 also I seam to have 2 sensors in the fridge one at the back and an other (looking like a photosensor) on the righthand side, can anyone tell me what they should read at what temp anf where they connect to.
Any pointers as to the problem would be very welcome
