Oh no… Dave, that didn’t fix it at all. I tried twice now draining it via the ribbed grey hose and even though it “seems drained” as soon as I start the machine again, low and behold same bleeping noise and i notice that about a pint worth of water has built up in the bottom of the machine. Does that mean that its blocked somehow? Otherwise, can you recommend any other steps please… Thanks.

Thanks Dave that was super helpful. I found the ribbed hose by removing a side covering under the machine and sure enough after undoing it it drained the machine. Will try putting it on later, but am fairly sure that now the machine will not be waterlogged it will work fine. Felt like a bit of a plumber whilst I was doing it… work experience. Nice one Dave, thanks.

I have the same problem but cannot see where I am supposed to drain the waste pipe out of the drainage pipe as the pipe is fixed in place attached to other pipes. I attach photos could you possibly advise on which pipe I am supposed to be unplugging?
