The operation of the machine sounds normal to me so I assume the motor is running, not just humming.
Does this suggest the problem is elsewhere?

The machine appears to fill, drain and heat ok so I suspect the main circulation pump. Does this machine have separate pumps for cleaning and draining?
Assuming it is the pump can I fix the impellor or will I need to replace the pump?
Do I access this from inside the machine or underneath?
I have just done another test run and the spray arms definately are not moving but everything alse seems ok.
Unfortunately, having checked my postcode, you have no one in my area.
