    Fair point.

    Well my other half is going to open it up and check the wiring. If he can’t see what the problem is, then i’ll call out an engineer.

    I have no idea why the first guy said that (he actually did have a “don’t care attitude” now i think back).

    I cannot remember the part the 2nd guy said……but he didn’t really seem sure what part was needed anyway. He just said the part it “might need” could cost over £100.
    Basically, he wanted to come & have a look at it :rolls: ……..but i’m not prepared to pay out money for someone just to come & have a look!

    I’m no engineer (clearly 😆 ) but to me it seems it’s a problem with the electrics (?).
