Update: For Sale Re: Whirlpool Side by side Operation Alarm

Hello

Ive decided just to get rid of this fridge freezer and am offering it for sale.
Apart from this problem its in good nick, i can post pics if any one wants to see it.

Bearing in mind the cost of potential repair which some of you will know better than me, im looking for around £150.

Obviously buyer to collect. Im in Ayrshire area.

Probably a long shot but worth a post anyway..

Hello

I called whirlpool, informed that its a Communications Failure, between the main board and the user input boarddevice.

£59 pound for call out and then parts on top, any idea what these parts may be?

This morning the freezer side has warmed up aswell as the fridge.

Can this be repaired by me or is it engineer only? It was purchased in 7/7/04 i inherited with the house last year…

Thoughts?
