My mum has this model and I have also been looking for the manual as I cannot understand the dial.
There are several symbols showing what I presume are the different oven settings; oven heat from top/oven heat from top and bottom/oven with grill etc. but then after the symbols are the temperature settings.

What I cannot understand is, how can you go on to select the temperature you want, if the temp settings are on the same dial which selects the oven setting? ie. you go to the oven setting, but then you have to move the dial on to the temperature you want, so how does it then know what oven setting you want?

I know this is a long-shot as this is quite old but if you do still have the manual I would be grateful if you could help.
