    Having gone through the pantomime of removing the fan and replacing the burnt out element I now have no voltage at the spade terminals, is there an internal fuse that anyone is aware of. The light in the oven is on and the fan turns but no heat still, due to no voltage!!

    How did you manage to remove the locking washer or am I missing something?
