Hi i need a big favour from you.
I just had a new kitchen installed two week ago. We had this oven installed and found the outside glass door extremely hot. Got in touch with Caple they sent an engineer round and he reported back to say it is not faulty and the temperature can be up to 60 degrees above room temperature.
We pointed out to Caple that their website states it has a heat reflective glass meaning this will keep the outside glass fairly cool all the time. They disagree.

Can you please confirm whether the outside glass of your oven stays cool or extremely hot. In our case you cant hold your hand for more than two seconds.
