Hi ozz. Just read the problem with your Machine.

Not being a Repair Engineer….. but having had the same problem recently with my machine (Washer / Dryer) it all boiled down to worn carbon brushes on the main Motor turning the drum. I am not sure how old / how often you use your machine but it could be worth having a quick look…. ❓
