Well at least I know what’s caused the problem in my Hotpoint Mistral FF915 now. It’s been very useful looking at the site and it appears my fridge isn’t the only one in the world that warms what’s in it. I am in Germany and bought mine from the NAAFI. I’ll have to employ a German engineer. Surely parts price should equate though. It’s about three years old, am I correct in thinking that there should be a 5 years parts warranty? Here’s hoping it’s a thermistor and not the main box!
