    Re: Fagor dishwasher LPU-0731T.

Further to my query, I got a local repairman to come and fix it, it seemed to be leaking from a seal of some sort which he tightened, said it should be ok. Second time of using same error code came up again. Got him back and was told I needed a new flow meter(Big white plastic thing on left hand side) I had to wait while the part was ordered and delivered. He came yesterday to fit it and I thought my problems were over only to use it today and the same error code to come on again. I have paid 60.00 callout, 90.00 for new part . I have just been in touch with him again and he is going to come back but I hope he does not tell me it needs another new part because I do not think spending any more on it is going to be cost effective. I would have rather been told to scrap it in the first place. Do any of your experts know what else this F04 error code can be and when he comes again I wil lget him to check.

    Re: ise 5

Hi Kwatt, Thanks for reply I just thought I would try the spin on empty and it was ok, so I just put the wet towel in by itself and it will not do it. I previously had an old Zanussi s118t which was 29 years old when I replaced it and I was used to putting anything and everything in that without any problems and I must say it had been a brilliant machine. I think I will have to be more careful with what I put in in future .
    KInd regards Olwen.

Re: PLEASE HELP!SHOULD I BUY AN ISE WASHING MACHINE?ADVICE N

I was looking for a new washing machine that I hoped would last. My previous one was a Zanussi s118T which I had been using daily for 29years and it had always been a very reliable machine but lately my washing was coming out wet or it would not turn itself off and spin forever so I decided the time had come for a new machine. I did lots of research and decided I would like either an ise5 or miele prestige. I decided on the Ise because I had heard that repair charges on Mieles out of warranty could be expensive and the ise had some features that I wanted.
I rang to order one last week but was told there was no stock until the new one came out next month, this week I had a phone call to tell me that some had arrived. I didnt know whether to wait for the new one or not. I decided that the ise5 was the one that had appealed to me in the first place so I had it delivered yesterday.
I ran the initial empty wash and could not believe how quiet it was. I then did a mixed wash on the 40degree cotton cycle, it took a long time and it was very quiet until the final spin cycle , it then started to vibrate alot and was noisy. Ive just done a 60degree cotton wash today, it took about 2and a half hours this was just towels, they came out alot drier than my old machine the spin was not as bad but still noisy for the last 5 mins.
This machine has lots of useful features althoughI do not know if will really ever use them. 2 other points are …if you open the drain outlet alot of water comes out because there is no hose and the dispenser is very awkward to take . The machine does seem a very nice machine if I can get the vibrations sorted out, I would like to think that it would give me as good service as my old Zanussi but I do not think it will.
