ParticipantRe: Bosch compressor run-time
Thanks for the replies and the “correction” Cockney_Steve…I *did* mean KwH, honest 8O.
Maybe I should ask the question in a different way….how much electricity does a “normal” fridge freezer typically use in 24 hours ? 1KwH ? 0.5KwH ?

No I don’t see the temperatures drop at all (well…the LED display does not indicate this).
Am I safe to assume that the LED display is correct ? I have no reason not to disbelieve it.Hudders
ParticipantRe: Bosch Aquatech – Error code F
Thanks for the pointers. Upon removing the left hand cover, I could see that the top of the matrix was REALLY gunged up and black on the outlet route. I removed and cleaned – looks like new now. Still Code F, but the big long red “float” switch at the bottom of the unit was stopping water in, understandably as there was water at the bottom. Tipping the unit ever so slightly allowed in the inlet to flow, and it actually went on for a full cycle with no problems.
Now….would a clogged matrix cause an overflow and hence a collection of water at the bottom ?…or have I *really* got a leak somewhere else. To get to all of the other units I would have to strip it down some more…but wondering if I would actually find anything ?
Thoughts ?Hudders

Thanks Penguin45. The model is just about readable, and is SGS6302GB/12
When you say “there is a leak somewhere”, am I right to assume I would see this somewhere ? The code F happens from power on, but obviously does not even start the cycle.
