Right. so the best idea i can come up with then is. To open a hostel/b&b for engineers, supply bed , breakfast, flask of tea, paper and a days worth of work 😉 running that sounds better than listening to some of the customers .

Wish you all the best and hope things get better in your areas .

Again… gave this guy another chance and again didnt ring us , didnt turn in, didnt do his recalls… whats a small business to do?? Comes down to the old saying U want a job done right do it yourself : Looks like im gonna be dusting my tools down getting out of the offfice and doing 15 hours days again 🙁 …… but have learnt a good lesson 🙂 .All i want is 1 decent engineer to work for us … 4 years of looking and enough is enough

Re: I am seeking sub contract work

May have been a bit harsh, but at the end of the day all it needed was a simple phone call, I dont doubt you as an engineer, if i did i woundt have offered you the work. Lets draw a line under this and start a fresh, The work is there for you ,but the worst thing to do is leave a customer not noing whats happening with there service call, if you have problems all you have to do is phone me, i know you have got problems but if you dont let us know how can i help you? If you feel ive been too hard then i take this time to appologise, but at the end of the day i call it as i see it.
