Just to paint a better picture also, the F/F has been moved many times this last couple of weeks, due to rewiring, plastering, kitchen fitting & flooring, so it wasn`t just one move. My instinct tells me it was the moving, because i`ve had more than 10 workmen here, as good as they are they have been really pushed to get work done & get on to next job. It also is less than 3 years old, checked with supplier & it was December 2010 when I bought it and I would really expect that make to last a bit longer.
Thanks for help so far by the way.

I have spoken to an engineer this evening, he is not hopeful when I told him there is no chill there at all now, just wet on the back walls of the fridge. He did say that if they had knocked something I would have smelt gas, doh – then I remembered my son telling me a few days ago he could smell gas. (I know it sound remiss of me but we have had so much turmoil with the work, smell of glue from floor tiling etc) I couldn`t smell it anyway and the F/F was still a bit cold at that point so I wasn`t thinking it had packed up (until today). Engineer also said it could be damage as they are more likely to go over a slower period and this was quite sudden.
I have pulled it from the wall and had a good look at the back, I can`t visibly see damage but not sure which part would be damaged, can anyone point me at where to look? I need to see the foreman in the morning and not sure what to point out to him.
