thanks yeh i phoned and emailed but they just ignore me.

ill go get a bucket tomorrow to test.

yeh its connected to cold tap underneath sink(presuming thats the cold fill?) only.

the sink in my kitchen was move to other side of room years ago so now theres couple metres extra piping which sometimes results in hot water coming out the cold tap for 10-20seconds….could this be reason?

oh the door doesnt get hot when i touch it.
