Hi Stuart,
I was interested in your post from a few years back. I have similar problems with a Bosch KGV2604GB/02 and was wondering if you could remember where you obtained the fix for your fridge freezer. Mine differs from yours in only having 3 wires at right hand end of PCB whereas yours had 4.
Was the repair permanent?
