Thanks for the reply. Yep, water plus enabled and extra time added through the user programable option as per the manual. Call out engineer enabled the soft water option (this is not a user option, only service agent I was told).

If it is to be this ridiculous low amount of powder then happy days. This has thrown me somewhat and thinking I had a problem that needed rectifying.

Man maths has me 700 or so washes from a large box (6kg) depending on load size, I have gone down to 5ml dose for some items.
