Hi Dave, I’m hoping you can help me. I too have an Hofmark oven, I do not know the model number. It is a white built in, low level, single oven. It is marked ‘Hofmark cuisine’. It has three control knobs, the timer on the left, and the temperature control and function on the right. The function knob operates a top oven, top+bottom oven, and grill. It is also fan assisted. Please could you provide me with the model number and manual if possible.
