Hey Dave (and ADV)

Many thanks for responding to my post.

The situation was that the freezer section was not reaching the -18deg target. It was still cold, as was the fridge.

I let the unit defrost for 36 hours and restarted it and borrowed a thermometer to check the temps. The freezer is running at 3 to 4 degrees and the fridge is at 9 degrees.

Have you guys any idea what the cause of this might be please?
