Hi just an update
My new Interlock arrived today, removed the old one from the washer and they look nothing alike the new one has two connectors, white three spade connector on the top of the unit and a brown and black three spade connector at the bottom.
My old interlock has only one three spade connector on the bottom. Is this the wrong Interlock I have not attempted to try and connect the new one just in case it damages the washer even more.
My washer is the whirlpool Creations AWM 324

When I switch on the machine press the on/off button the light comes on and the washer door still opens. -
