Thanks very much. I’ll need to see if I can try and get access to the heater. That is currently the part I’m stuck on. I can see how to separate the left, right and front panels off but the next thing would be to separate the water softener unit and I’ve not been able to see how to detach that from the main unit left hand side. I was just wondering if there is any easier way to detect the impedance across the heater without having further disassembly. Thanks!
