I have the same problem. The switch on the left pops up often. I think this is an overtemp switch which trips at a certain temperture and then switches current off to the heater.

Is the switch most likely at fault or is the temperature going over the max allowed value and there is a fault elsewhere with the machine. Does anybody have any ideas as regards part numbers etc. for the switch if this is at fault?
