Cheers for the suggestions gents. Took the thing to pieces and diagnosed a tight circulatoin pump motor. Recently the thing hadn`t been used more than a couple of times a month due to holidays. Wound the motor round manually and bunged some wd40 on the rear bearing. Seems to work fine now. 😀
