hi, cheers for that, it looked promising but unfortunetly none of the light patterns shown match my 1 single lit light 4th from the left ………..

Just realise i said right earlier!!!

To clarify i have 5 lights from left to right which would normally show which program the machine is set for. You would normally scoll through the settings by pressing the button marked “P”

currently the lights are stuck
off
off
off
constant on
off

if i switch the machine off using the button or the wall socket when i turn it on again it beeps and the light appears rendering all the buttons non functioning.

sorry for the confusion, anyone any ideas?
