Hello,
I have exactly this problem, with added extras. I think my d/w must have had this problem before.
It seems impossible to open the decor door as it looks like all the screws have been rounded by previous owners doing just this. There are two plastic screws on either side of the decor door, but they have split, possibly by someone forcing the wrong screwdrivers into them. (There is also an added complication that I might have to take the door off an adjacent cupboard to get the screws undone on the left hand side, but this is very much my problem, I’m just mentioning it as it annoys me.)
So, assuming the problem of the end of cycle light not coming on is what is stopping my d/w working, as I can’t get to the timer shaft, is there any thing else I can do? This model doesn’t have a program button, but is there any kind of reset cycle I can go through?
There is some water in the bottom of where the filter is, is there any possibility that a blockage here has caused the timer shaft to stop, and if I clear it, then reset the machine, it will then start to work?
Thanks for any help anyone can give on this.
