Thank you for your guidance 🙂 . The pipes are all completely clear and still comes up with the pump blocked remark on the screen. I have ordered a new pump and with a bit of luck that will do the trick…. if not then its a new computer ….or machine. At least i have learnt alot about the innards of a washing machine if nothing else 😀

The pump appears to run fine with the impellor apparently unrestricted.
I do live in a hard water area and have removed the anti syphon bottle. The Central bore was clear but the outer part of it was totally full of grey limescale could that have been the problem even though the centre bore was clear ?
