Well, brushes arrived this morning.
We have a turning spinning drum again.
Full wash tomorrow. Not expecting any issues but will tidy up the wires a bit better, had to cut the retaining zip ties off to get motor away from machine.

Hopefully the new carbon brushes will arrive tomorrow.
With that in mind, before I replace brushes and reinstall motor, is there anything else I should do maintenance wise before putting it all back together.
Oil any bearings or similar etc?

I had already found ones on ebay that are the same price as just your postage, delivered.
Shame, if they had been cheaper postage I would have bought them off your site being an expat. 😉

Definitely look like they need replacing.
