Did you ever get anywhere with this? Coincidentally, my Neff oven just developed the exact same fault when using in Circotherm mode. The error happens at 200C, once the oven reaches that temp. Makes me wonder if it is some sort of thermostat or sensor issue. I phoned Neff but they’ve just said I’ll have to arrange an engineer at £109 call out (my oven is just under 3 yrs old). I couldn’t find any other references to that error for online. You’d think there should be a list of error code meanings published – seems like they’re guaranteeing work for their service division
