Hi,

Have the same problem and have mine since 2005 also?

Was away for the week but had people in the house and no water coming out when I got back. I have take the cooler section apart and although there was some ice on the RHS nothing that I could see would cause a major prob.

I did feel the water bottel and does seem frozen and there was ice behind it. I tried defrosting with hair dryer but still nothing.

What is in the kit you got that you feel sorted your issue?
