It doesnt look like there is a fix to this is issue then really. Maybe the fact that the machine heats water internally has a bearing on this matter..?

Anyway it doesnt look like my mrs will be a happy bunny, lets hope it breaks down soon and she will get her way with a new machine!!

Any recommendations as to which machine is quiet, reliable and doesnt mould up???
