Can they cause the problem with temperature raising, without showing it on the display?

And is it normal that the fridge starts cooling again after the power have been swithed off and on again..?

I was worried that i had a problem with a controller unit or something that would force me to buy a new fridge:)

But this sounds like defrost sensor and thermal fuse you think..?
