Thanks for the suggestions. I should have listed what I’ve so far checked in my original post, which is:

Motor: Tacho Coil (continuity tested ok), brushes (no wear), insulation (fine)

I’ve also visually checked for any chaffing of the wiring loom and all appears to be ok – will obviously check again.

And because I’d got one handy, I’ve swapped the main board around, which gives the same fault!

Unfortunately I don’t have an FHP motor in stock in order to swap/check it.

Any more suggestions would be very welcome!
