I’ve sent another pump, this time it’s just the pump motor with the terminals on the other side than PMP952 so it should be fine 🙂

Was that email error caused by our server or your ISP ?

    Dave.

    Ok thank you?

It may be a dodgy pump, if it is, please reply to the shop@ email notification and I’ll sort it.

    Dave.

Tight as it will go it sounds like it is the pump the noise the motor is making is bad

If i send this back do you have any of the pumps that would fit my machine in stock at all ?

Also ive sent an email back

    Re: Servis Pump question

Ok now this new pump is making one hell of a noise like a deep sounding growl type noise it pumps water out but its making more of a noise than the old one how come ?

It sounds fine when pumping water out but when it runs dry it sounds pretty bad even the old one which has worn out doesnt sound that bad 😯

Yep, that serial number uses the short bodied housing, I assume it’s sorted now though by swapping them over ?

    Dave.

    Re: Servis Pump question

Ok ive but the new motor on the old pipe part my question is ive got 2 cables both grey and ones L and the other is N and there is no marking on the cables which one would go where and question is what would happen if the wrong cable went on the wrong plug on the pump motor 👿

Last time i attempt to fix a washing machine 😳

It doesnt reach the holes the only way would be to bend the pipe thats coming from the drum

    Eh ? 😕

The hose that fits to the pump comes from the filter unit at the front, not from the drum (assuming the model number is correct) 😉

    Dave.

The holes on the frame it seems to be needed to force the pump on the frame which then makes the pipe get a minor bend

    My model number is M6011

    That is the one i ordered http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … cts_id=162

    Serial number is 20050710203-010077205-01

Pump works but it makes a noise because of the vibration on the frame of the washing machine

Kirk wrote:Hi Dave doesn’t this model use the short pump which is at the wrong angle and you could take pump motor off and put on old housing but I think wires or the connections need to be modified.

    Kirk

Could that be done since its the motor on the old one thats making a noise and attach the motor to old part

    Re: Servis Pump question

It doesnt reach the holes the only way would be to bend the pipe thats coming from the drum ive pushed the pipe off the drum far as it will go on the pump but i cant screw it down because the pump is more to the back of the machine than the holes are 😕

Its just the postion of the pump is well looks impossble to fit it where the old one was
