Penguin45.Could you please let me know what the problem with my HOmark oven is. Please see my previous posts above. Is it a spare part that i need? If so which one and is it easy to install or is it best done by a professional? Thank you very much for your help.

I have finally managed to find the model and serial number. The model is 02-7600 and the serial number is J/I310608 and the type is fem 137s. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As i mentioned earlier, the oven works when it is on grill mode but not on oven mode. Thank you

I cant see a model name anywhere on the oven. It says Homark Cuisine on it. It is white. In order to look inside you have to open the little door, under which there is the glass panel which you can look through to see the inside of the oven. There is one knob on the left hand side which is the timer. There are 2 knobs on the right. One in the temperature and the other is setting (whether grill, fan etc). I inherited this oven when i purchased my flat 10 years ago. I hope this helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
