    Top shout with the diagnosis.

    Three of the little ones socks had been eaten alive 😆 ……….I assume the small part at the rear,with the wires attached is the heater? didnt fancy that if so.
    i got them out by removing the rubber drain thingy – the one with the large ping pong ball in it under the front of drum.

    BTW do both hoses need to be attached to test the cycle?

    Thanks for the reply’s.
    On further inspection the seal hasnt fully come away from the inner lip, but i can pull it from under the securing band without too much effort.

    it would ssem that the seal wasnt quite as far over the lip as first thought, being a car mechanic my first thought was to breakout the gasket sealent, but alas i fear this would not be my best idea 😛

    looks like im calling a local enigineer out for this pig of a job.
