I went through the exact same problem, even the resolving process was identical.

Thank you for posting the pictures of the pressure sensor. I was able to fix it within one hour, which made me feel like an electrician. 8)

The pressure sensor was blocked with thick grease like cheese. I removed the visible grease and cleaned the internal with hot water until there is no visible blockage.

Lastly, I would recommend avoiding Electrolux if possible. This is my second Electrolux product went into problems during 3 years. All these cheapos came with the Taylor Wimpey standard kitchen.
