It’s an OIF22300 X model.

Is there a schematic available?

I’d like to understand how the cooling fan is connected up so as to diagnose the
problem without trying replacement parts one-by-one.

It seems there must be a path that can power the cooling fan irrespective of the state of the thermostat (which seems illogical unless I’m missing something).
