well chaps i have spoken to jt.no it wasn’t to invite me on to the board.no it was to threaten me and my company he had recieved the letter from my solicitor.the letter informed him that he had infact broken his contract but offered him the chance to speak to mfi to increase the rates as he had implied i had stopped this from happening.he then continued to tell me that if i resigned he would take no further action.well i have a very hard choice.please could i ask the wise members of the war room for there advice?

I am sorry but who cares want he thinks .lets redirct our efforts into lauching a really different network,a network where we trust those people we work for.the rates are set by a group that understands our industry and reflects the costs we have.we need to form a group to push this forum into reality.

jt will recieve a reply to his letter within the next few days.my advisers have written this letter and it is very doubtful that he would be able to take any legal action against anybody starting with mfi as long as they wait until after the 25th

standards are not set by individauls but by the owners of there respective companies.no good engineer has ever started with my company who did not need some sort of training.the question must be not how or where to get engineers but how to attract engineers from other simular trades.this we can only achieve when we get the correct rate for our services.

following on from ken’s comments the people will not have to increase the overall rate just redirect it to those companies that really do the work.
