hi all.
I have read all your comments with interest,and have not had the same problems with LG that some of you guys appear to have had.My company currently completes around 95 calls per mouth and have an 80{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} first hit rate this compares very well against the others within cdsl’s contracts.
I do agree that rejections over three mouths old are not acceptable and I have made suitable objections.
But sorry alex I must be chairman of the brandt fan club,my mate MOWGLI is totally useless.I must add that I have told him so,not like me.

GOOD AFTERNOON CHAPS YES I AM STILL HERE.CDSL IS AS SOME OF YOU KNOW BECOME A LARGE PART OF MY WORK LOAD AND THE PROBLEMS KEVIN HAS LISTED ARE REAL.I HAVE SUGGESTED TO BOTH GARY AND DAVID THAT THERE SHOULD BE A SECOND SET OF AVERAGES.

THESE SHOULD BE TIME TO COMPLETE WITH THE SPARES DELAY REMOVED.THIS WOULD THEN SHOW BOTH THE AGENTS TIME TO COMPLETE AND CDSL TIME TO SUPPLY RELIVENT PARTS.

IF THESE STATIS ARE MADE AVALIBLE THEN WE CAN BETTER JUDGE OUR OWN PERFORANCE.

IWAS THERE WITH ELECTROLUX BUT DID SPEAK TO NESN REGARDING THE REDUCED FEE BEING PAID TO THEIR AGENTS AS I DO NOT AGREE WITH POLICY.AND FOR WHAT ITS WORTH I AM NOT WORKING FOR NESN AT THIS TIME.BUT THIS IS NOT TO SAY I WOULD NOT BUT NOT AT 31.50 PER CALL.

I HAVE MOVED FROM MERC’S TO RENAULT’S AS AFTER ABOUT 50K THE FRONT TRANSMISSION STARTS TO FAIL AND IS ONLY AVALIBLE AS A COMPLETE UNIT COSTING ABOUT 350 POUNDS.JUST BOUGHT TWO NEW TRAFFIC’S BOTH WITH ELECTRIC PACKS AND AIR CON FOR UNDER 10800 .BUT IF BUYING VECHILES COLLECTIVELY CAN BE ARRANGED THEN I WOULD CERTIANLY CONSIDER IT.

Brandt have two or three employed engineers to my knowledge.They use them to cover the hole of the uk.I think the engineer near you alex is called paul,if thats relevent.

well thursday was the last day of the contract between mfi and nesn so after much thought i phoned jt to imform him that my company was to start working direct with mfi.this means that i have to leave nesn well i hope i have made to right choice?this is interesting as some people are being told that you can do both contracts with any reprocussions.
can anyone add to this.
