It’s a strange enough setup having the plumbing in the downstairs loo in the first place (we just bought the house), think it might look even stranger with a kitchen unit in there !

I think I have the perfect solution. We have a room above the car port which is always cold, it could go in there and heat the room.

Sneaking suspicion when I get home and suggest that it won’t be warmly received so any other suggestions welcome….
