ParticipantThanks Alexa
Both Hot and cold test ok for Ohms as per your post
No water is released under any condition.
I’m getting no volts from the cold valve lead and around 20 volts from the hot valve lead.So am I correct in concluding that the motor control module needs to be replaced ?
Thanks
Mark

ParticipantJust to add to the confusion I pulled the hot water valve out, examined it, cleared the water from it, and reinstalled.
On retesting it has come to life and shows 65 Ohms.
The error remains the same under diagnostics as 50.
Hope this might narrow the problem down.
Thanks
Mark

ParticipantRe: Fischer and Paykel GW709AU
Got your email.. Thanks Again
Hot water valve did not register. !
Cold water had 75 Ohms.I was not sure what you meant by “Check harness for continuity” 🙄
Is it possible I have more than a hotwater valve problem considering the cold water will not work in diagnostic mode?
Thanks again
Mark

Thank you for an outstanding response time.
The fault code as per the instuctions I kindly received is 00110010
That is if I did everything correctly.
Under diagnostics the pump worked but hot and cold water testing failed.Thank you again
