Re: neff s51 drain hose replacement – help please!

Thanks for the advice, hose now successfully removed.

For reference, this video was also helpful (it shows a Bosch but looks identical in parts layout).

    Re: Neff SM6P1F – won’t run

Bit of an update – the problem looks like it is related to the door catch or whatever sensor the machine uses to detect door shut. When the door is shut normally, it doesn’t run and the display panel remains lit. When I squeeze the door shut more tightly, the panel goes blank and the machine then runs as normal.

Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the door catch/door shut sensor or any other fix?

On the plus side, I’ve managed to get a g-clamp to hold it shut as a short term fix so at least the washing is getting done!

    Thanks,

Re: Samsung RSG5UCRS – RCD tripping

    Thanks for the reply Bob.

I ordered a replacement, and the repair was going well until I realised that the replacement part, while having an element which is mechanically identical, has different connectors. The original has two seperate single pin connectors, one which connects to a plug on the left hand side of the fridge, the other plug connecting into the right.

The new replacement however, has a single two pin connector, combining the two wires. One element is labelled as 321K, the other as 321F. Can I reuse the original connectors by fitting them to the new element?

    Cheers,
