Just solved this problem. The drain hole at the back of the freezer probably blocked with ice. Need to empty freezer, remove the white-coloured access plate (2 screws) at the back middle and defrost the ice and plug hole access that will be revealed. A normal defrost of the freezer will not achieve this. Good luck!
