Hi Guys
Just to let all agents concerned know that all unique usernames and passwords have been distributed this afternoon.
Would anyone who has submitted an application form and has not recieved their login details please e-mail me at admin@appliancerepairnetwork.co.uk and list their name, company name and correct e-mail address.
If you haven’t yet filled in the online application and would like to join the network then please click the link to our website http://www.appliancerepairnetwork.co.uk and enter the engineers area using a user name of ‘uk’ and password of ‘whitegoods’.
We now are in a position to go live and look forward to being able to pass work through the network. Obviously the volume initially will be small but we hope this will build up as we promote the site.
Thanks to all who have responded.
Simon

Hi Brian
We are at the moment going through all the administration process of registering all the engineers onto our IT systems so we can generate usernames and passwords for all the engineers. If you sent your details via the online form then you will recieve your personal login details by the end of business on Friday 13th March 2009. We are working on the optimisation of the site through google in order to start the process of generating work.
What e-mail address did you send to which bounced back so we can investigate further?
If you need to contact us then you can also e-mail us at service@masterfix.co.uk
On a different note Thank you to all the engineers who have already submitted their details to us. As posted above we will be e-mailing further details by the end of next week. Looking forward to working with you all!
Best RegardsSimon

Cover is needed in all postcodes to make this work. It may be that there is already cover in a particular area however, every engineer has a different skill set so all engineers need to apply to ensure the cover is completly comprehensive. Work will be distributed based on the skill set of the engineer and the requirements of the client.
Thanks for your support

Hi Guys
The password and username needs to be in lower case. If you still have problems then what you need to do is just go into your internet browser (e.g internet explorer) in the toolbar click on ‘tools’, select internet options then in the privicy tab lower the cookie security and then try again.
Any problems then give us a call.

Hi Dave
No! Although the customer may be very impressed if you did so, all we are looking is to make sure the area you have been working in is left clean and tidy and that you wipe the front of the machine down. The theory being that if the machine looks better then most customers will belive it works better.
Mr Muscle is not a new tool we expect you to carry as van stock!
Hope this helps.
Best Regards

Thank you to all the engineers who have already submitted their details in order to join our network. For those who need more infomation on what the proposed ideas are then please click on the link below which will take you direct to our new repair network site. Once the site comes up click on the engineers area tab from the main menu and enter a user name of ‘uk’ and the password which is ‘whitegoods’. Once you have gained access to the protected area then please look in the section titled ‘Partner Levels’ which will explain a number of different levels as to which you can get involved. In the ‘Contract Information’ area you can see the agents job rates, Terms & Conditions etc. We are well underway with the completion of the website and are looking to start marketing the network very shortly so we hope to start distributing work on a larger scale in the near future. Those engineers who have already submitted their details will be e-mailed there personal login details within the next week as we continue to setup.
