The machine does fill only when switched on.

Any ideas if I will need to replace the water level sensor system? Is it a simple job for a DIY novice and is this part easy to obtain?

Thanks again for help (this is the wife typing), I had removed the cold water hose to put some PTFE tape around the seal as there was a small leak. It seems that I’ve caused an airlock somewhere in the system, when I replaced the cold water hose as the machine is still filling up with water.

Any ideas on how to remove the airlock? I’ve checked the pressure levels etc. everything else is ok.

Thanks Penguin and lurker for your replies..passed the info on to my wife she’s going to have a go..I’m not a dab hand at DIY ..let you know how she gets on ..or we’ll have ‘to get a man/woman in ‘….!!
