Thanks for the advice – I’ll check it out when I replace the thermostats.
Cheers,

Iadom,
Thanks for the info – looks like I’ve bought a poor model. (It was the cheapest…)
At some point there is a cut off between buying more thermostats and buying a completely new dryer. Don’t know where that is yet! I’ll buy one more set of thermpstats though 🙂Regards,
MatthewP.S. Apologies for the duplicate posts – as most of the forum questions were posted ages ago, I thought it would stand more chance of being answered with a scattergun approach. I was wrong – thanks for the prompt response.

Hi,
I’m looking to replace my thermostat’s on my Creda T622CW condensor dryer for the third time. Why does it have this problem – any ideas?
The dryer is about 1yr old
It worked fine for 1year and now seems to keep failing every couple of weeks. Is there an underlying reason for this?
I’ve read that opening the door mid cycle and/or failing to clean out the condenser can cause the thermostats (at least the one shot 230C one) to fail. My wife isn’t using it any differently than she did for the first year – what could the problem be?
Is there a basic problem with this model? There are lots of posts from folk who seem to be having similar trouble?
