You need to take a good look at the climate classes on this link to see what I mean.
In the case of Iran with the hot summers with temperatures in excess of 30C you would certainly need a sub tropical class.

I do not want for the Dubai market, I want for the Iranian market, but first I have to send it to Dubai and then send it to Iran.But most refrigerators can withstand up to 40 degrees Celsius and above

I once spoke to a Samsung supporter but because I did not know English I could not tell them exactly what I meant.
I think they give products to specific people or companies to sell and they do not sell them directly. -
